Changes to Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions may change at any time. Respondent will be offered new terms that will supersede and cancel
any previously issued terms and conditions.
Claims

Change of Use

We use Australia Post for all orders and standard post for tracking orders
they are reliable. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We do our best to ensure secure packaging. If you happen to receive damaged goods, please let us know and we will make a claim on your behalf.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold www.colloidal-silver.com.au, including any staff, manager , operator, or other representative, agent and/or medium free and harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against and/or arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website and/or any other use of “the content”.
Products

There is a 12 month warranty on the Generator. We will replace it at no charge to you, all you pay is the postage for the return of the faulty product. Please send only the generator, not any other parts like probes etc. making sure to wrap it securely, we take no responsibility regarding Australia post for lost items, it’s up to you to register the item.
If you drop the generator or water gets into the generator or in any other way break the generator the warranty does not apply and is void.

No authorization or permission is given for any illegal government, corporation, individual or other entity to impose any actions that are in conflict with and/or in breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions stated herein. This website contains no claims of being “therapeutic goods” or for “therapeutic use” as stated by the TGA. TGA has no jurisdiction or no legal enforcement rights in regards to any representative of www.colloidal-silver.com.au.
Breach of these Terms and Conditions
Any breach by you (the user) of these Terms and Conditions or any other illegal, unauthorized or misuse of any of “the content” posted including this site is subject but not limited to the terms shown in Schedule A above. No obligations exist for any representative of www.colloidal-silver.com.au to comply with any such unlawful breach. The decision of any remedy/action taken will be entirely guided in the spirit of the healing universe under the terms and conditions stated herein. In the event of a breach by you of these terms and conditions a total ban from using this website and/or any of “the content” may be enforced. A charge of 2000 oz (of 99.9% pure silver or higher) for every incident of such breach of these terms and conditions will apply.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal details are kept confidential, and will not be disclosed or released to any party outside the www.colloidal-silver.com.au team, except in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
We use PayPal as a secure credit card processor using 128 bit encryption. All credit card details through Paypal remain closed and secure within the Paypal system.
